The key to my exceptional service was my direct contact with the "front line staff". I was met with a smile, respect, understanding and gratitude. The work on car has made a noticeable difference in how the care handles on the highway. I also have maintenance suggestions for the future. Very professional ... I will definitely go back in the future!

Called to book my vehicle in for a quote because my exhaust broke right behind one of the flex pipes. They were able to give me a quote super quick and had both flex pipes replaced in an hour. I had it quoted at a different place right before this and the other place quoted it over 4 X more expensive AND they couldn't do it until the next day. If the first quote seems too expensive, always get a second quote. Highly recommend True Auto Care and I'll definitely be back! Thanks!

A very friendly and welcoming place. Got me booked in and service completed quickly, but didn’t skip over the little details that show care and attention to detail, in the name of speed. They even took the time to put my spare tire and all the tools I used to change my tire back together properly and away the way it was supposed to be in my jeep (I had just thrown them in the trunk). They left my car clean, were respectful of my time and even a little bag of cookies with a thank you note. Top notch from start to finish. Will definitely be returning to them for future service needs.

Stellar service ... again!! Limped into the shop at 2:30pm... with a "flat" run flat. After a quick assessment, they saw that my tire was slashed by something on the road. (I remember hitting something before my pressure sensors went crazy!). Immediate shuttle into town so I wouldn't be late for my appointment! Unfortunately, my run flats weren't something they stock. Update after my appointment.... "We can get you back on the road tomorrow". 10:30 next morning... text "your car's done!" Quick call gets me another immediate shuttle! Great to have them juggle their schedule to fit me in... great service, great price.

I have never had a mechanic supply pictures on any issues of my vehicle. It was amazing the full report that they give you. Jenna at the front is amazing to deal with. She was able to help me with all of my needs and explained everything with great detail and went above and beyond to help me figure out my problems.
