As Usual I called Jenna at True Auto Care in Fergus She got me in the next day and actually finished the next day It was a lot of work and wouldn’t have been surprised if she said she needed it for a couple more days Somehow, they got it done, which was really important to me because I needed to travel to the states For a very important meeting These guys never fail thank you Jenna and company I would never go to anybody else!!!!

Appreciated the flexibility and communication. Overnight drop off helped, and the texted report post inspection with follow up phone conversation helped me sort through options. Clearly the desk staff are knowledgeable and care, and the mechanic did thorough work.

Wonderful experience, the girls at the front desk are patient and kind. The service was done well, on time. We pre-booked the snow tire removal and switchover for the spring. The owner is very friendly and kind and the courtesy service was super helpful on a busy day. Would absolutely recommend for anyone!

Special shout-out to Mr. Skyler, the tech who worked on my car — he did a fantastic job, and now my auto is fully safe to drive and meets the new MTO digital safety standards. Fantastic team! It's unheard of to get a BMW service bill under 3 digits. The team assessed my problem and came back with two options (one being take it to BMW for authentic parts).
