You know when you’re just having one of those days/week/month? I had a flat tire.
The folks at true auto were wonderful. They let me bring the tire in, even though it was a busy day, and they looked at it as soon as they could. When it couldn’t be saved, and my other tires turned out to be just as bad, they worked with me and my budget to find the right snow tires. They gave me a ride to work, (but first to my house to pick up the phone I’d forgottten.) And when I realized I’d left all my keys on the car keychain… they drove over the ones I needed! More importantly – my car is now driving better than it had in ages.

Really like the email appointment reminders for service and the ability to book an appointment that way too. The front desk reception staff is welcoming and kind. Appreciated the shuttle drive to work! Jenna, who called to tell me the car was ready – was great to organize my online payment and for my car to be ready for me after hours. The mechanics fixed what needed fixing, stacked my winter tires in my car neatly and I trust that they gamey car a thorough check up.
